Engineering and Design

Design and engineering is based on existing processes, methods and engineered products by OLEOLOGY.

Our clients are provided with engineered solutions to fit existing systems or we manufacture new water treatment systems. OLEOLOGY engineering develops all designs in 3D imaging to provide our clients with an exact representation and footprint of their water treatment system before the oil-water separator is manufactured.

Any modifications to the structural layout, mechanical and electrical engineering required to comply with specific requirements as set out by our clients can be achieved. Process guarantee and certification is covered to align with site requirements.

Build, Install and Commissioning

Up to 80% of the project labour, design and equipment is sourced and fabricated locally in (Western) Australia. The fabrication and installation of electrical equipment can be rated for Hazardous areas, if required. Our team works in partnership with companies identified with specialists skills and robust quality systems.

OLEOLOGY treatment systems can be installed as plug-and-play, without any complex controls, or designed specifically and purpose-built to your specified application requirements. That means the MyCelx advantage can be implemented into existing water treatment trains as a retrofit without complex controls or user training.

Maintenance

The robustness and simplicity of operation mean that for day to day operation, the personnel onsite/onboard can perform the routine preventative maintenance requirements with no specialist skills.

OLEOLOGY provides as a standard for all equipment installations a full induction of its operations and maintenance requirements. Training is also available by OLEOLOGY for required staff to operate the equipment, including troubleshooting as prescribed within the Operating and Maintenance manuals.

OLEOLOLGY staff now provide webinars on Specialist water treatment and consult to the major wastewater contactors for design of innovative solutions for difficult emerging and toxic contaminants.
